In an era of escalating uncertainty, supply chains must rapidly adapt to geopolitical tensions, economic shifts, and evolving risks. This MIT Global SCALE Network webinar will explore how supply chains respond to global uncertainty through three key lenses: managing risk and resilience in logistics, navigating shifts from global to regional supply chains, and leveraging data-driven decision-making for crisis response. Expert speakers will share insights from their research and real-world applications, drawing on case studies from diverse industries and international trade. Join us for a discussion on strategies that can help supply chains remain agile, secure, and sustainable in a volatile world.
